You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through your preferred shipping partner.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Some products may have shorter return windows, which will be clearly noted on the product page or in your order confirmation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We offer a tiered flat rate shipping for products according to price. 

• $0 - $49.99 = $7.00
• $50.00 - $99.99 = $14.00
• $100 and up = Free Shipping 

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. International shipping will be available soon as we continue to grow our service areas.
